Counselling for Young People Aged 11–25 years

Navigating life as a young person can be challenging. Between personal growth, relationships, and the pressures of daily life, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure of the next steps. That’s where my counselling service comes in. I provide tailored, professional support for individuals aged 11–25 who are seeking to understand themselves better, overcome obstacles, and choose how to live well.

My goal is to create a welcoming, safe space where you feel fully seen and heard. Whether you’re facing struggles from your past, challenges in the present, or uncertainties about the future, counselling offers a chance to reflect, process, and grow. Together, we’ll work through your concerns to help you develop greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of your experiences.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, past traumas, or simply want to explore who you are, I am here to support you every step of the way. Counselling is your opportunity to focus on yourself, heal, and create the change you want in your life.

I am happy to work with a broad range of issues, including self-harm, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, EBSA (emotionally based school avoidance), sexual orientation, gender dysphoria, neurodiversity, stress, trauma, relationship issues, family issues and much more.
